Yummy Yummy Nachos

I like to use left overs to the max. Here I used left-over steak. I sliced it in small chunks and added a pack of beef fajita seasoning (only adding about 1/4 c MORE water than it calls for). I simmered it for thirty minutes, keeping the lid on untill the meat is so tender it melts in your mouth. I layered the steak, homeade pinto beans (much tastier and totally cheaper than the canned version) and tortilla chips with cheese and baked for five minutes at 375, untill the cheese is all melty. It is a cookie tray full of them, so is a good crowd pleaser and Cierra's favorite. mmmmm
